RelateStrong for Couples is a 9-week group educational experience rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, and theology. You will learn how the past affects your relationship with yourself, each other, and those around you.
You will be able to identify the heart of your conflict cycle and learn constructive ways to change it. Learn how to understand and embrace your differences and strengths so you can encourage spiritual and emotional growth toward deeper connection. Refine your identity as a couple as you lead and serve.
This group is for married couples of all stages who want to grow a stronger and deeper connection in a small group experience. It is not suitable for marriages experiencing issues such as active addictions, physical or emotional abuse, infidelity, or significant mental health crisis.
